It looks like west central Tex. is under the gun today for a severe weather event. Tornadoes look likely in the region of the warm sector with ample shear, cape, and moisture. It looks like there is also a chance for a small cold core up in the Tex. Panhandle. The only problem I would have with chasing this late fall setup would have to be the daytime heating for one reasons.
